IMECO S.A. is an Argentine company with a long history, specialized in the manufacture of implants, prostheses and instruments for orthopedic surgery, as well as their distribution throughout the world.

He is a permanent member of IRAM (Argentine Institute for Standardization and Certification) and has the ANMAT (National Administration of Medicines, Food and Medical Technology) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) certifications granted by ANMAT for the development of medical products.
Our Company has a Quality Management System ISO 9001, ISO 13485 medical devices and ISO 14971 risk management of medical devices, granted by RINA S.p.A. Italy, which guarantees the quality of our implants and manufacturing processes.
It also complies with regulations of the Ministry of Health of the Nation, being a certified company 100% Tobacco Smoke Free, and a Healthy Workplace.
It is part of the list of Companies recognized by the AAOT (Argentine Association of Orthopedics and Traumatology).
Its productive capacity and experience allow it to develop and manufacture all the variants and special parts required.
